Huge disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Febtuary, and it has done nothing but disappoint. This is the fourth Samsung prodict I've owned, and it the worst of tne lot: S7 edge, S10+, S 20, and now TBIS S21+ 5G

keeps rebooting and not charging after 3 months

I was very disappointed my phone start malfunctioning within 3 months. ubreak ufix could not even fix the problem

Long lost PHONE of my life!

This is by far the best, most user-friendly, sensible phone I've ever had. Samsung makes switching brands so easy. This phone is so fun to get lost and play around in. There are so many more options with android/Samsung VS apple, pixel, etc. Honestly I am just still so amazed and in love with the camera/video quality. Holy. Cow. I feel like a pro (even though I'm absolutely not). Best investment ever. Love this phone so much and have convinced my boyfriend to get one as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can do so much with the galaxy s21, that I'm still excited by features that I find out. The Galaxy S21 will not disappoint, such a great phone,along with any Samsung product.

Don't like all the buttons on one side it doesn't move as fast as my other Samsung phones and it has 5g which does not make it better. Other things as well phone doesn't work well at all while I'm at work. Uuugghhh!

Worst Phone I Have Ever Bought

Life long Samsung user and I thought I would be happy with them forever. However, only after about a month of having this phone with no big drops and a case on it, the back of the phone completely cracked. And then less than a year after getting the phone, it began to restart randomly. At first it would restart about once or twice a day and it would be quick to reboot back on, but then it progressed to restarting at least 20 times a day and sometimes taking 10-20 minutes to turn back on. And then suddenly, one day when it restarted it no longer displayed my lock screensaver and is now currently in a never ending loop of restarting, asking for my pin, restarting, asking for my pin...I had my last phone (galaxy s7) for about 4 years with no problems before upgrading and I was hoping the durability and quality of the newer phones would be comparable but no luck I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
