I love the quality, how the phone feels on my hand, the speaker sound it's really good and loud, I like how the camaras can capture the color and the definition of my pictures. I also like the shape of the phone because I still can place it on my pockets. the only thing I didn't like it was that my screen when black (stop working), but I called Samsung and they got it fixed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Total crap for the money

I purchased a new samsung galaxy s21 plus less than a year screen went black, only thing i could do was answer calls. Had to use mycarrier insurance plan for a replacement, which I am sure will fail just as quickly. I also found a big issue with this phone imo... i bought a car mount fast charger.. This phone when put on the charger brings up a notification that the phone is not compatible with the charger, even though the phone is marked as capable of standard charging, fast charging, super fast charging, and fast wireless charging. As in specs and also in the more battery settings on the phone. Clearly states and i quote "fast wireless charging" which my car mount is a wireless fast charger., so upon going throughmy carriers tech, samsung tech, a samsung tech supervisor and eventually someone a step down from the president of samsung, they have all confirmed and told me that the phone detects 3rd party products and brings up this notification. So if it is not a samsung charger it will bring up this notification, guess what... wait for it ... wait for it... Samsung makes no automotive moount chargers for this phone. So you can take your fast wireless charging for automotive use and stick it where the sun dont shine as far as samsung is concerned. Anyone as annoyed with this product and samsung as much as I am right now, please feel free to message me on this post. I am going to work on taking this corporation to court for this. I would gladly give you an email or number to contact me but they dont allow that here to protect their selves. But i will gladly take this to court with me with all the comments on this post, which will help my case in court. Thank you.#samsungchargerissues

By far the best phone on the market today. The camera is absolutely awesome. This phone is super fast and does way more than I ever thought a phone could do. I highly recommend this device.

I bought this product last year. I am a loyal Samsung customer who constantly defends against IPhone users. But the S21 5G can use some improvements. Not sure if I should upgrade to S22 or just ho down the IPhone rabbit hole SMH
