S21+ Is this the best of the S?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Samsung fan boy. I'll admit that up front so you will know I'm biased.
But there's a reason for that - One UI.
I was always used to root my phones to customize them. But the feature rich One UI plus the Good Lock utility suite gets me to where I want to be without rooting.
But what of the S21+?
I like to call it the Goldilocks S. It's not too big, and not too small.
Coming from the S10+, I wanted that same form factor, and the S21+ delivered. It's actually an improvement in my mind due to the flat display (vs. curved). The in-display fingerprint reader is also much more accurate and responsive.
I didn't need an S-Pen, so the extra weight of the Ultra just seemed to be too high a price for the bulk. I know the Ultra has better cameras in but frankly, the S21+ cams are excellent and unless you are buying a phone primarily for shooting pics or video, the smaller and much lighter S21+ form factor really is so much nicer as a daily driver.
Wireless performance via WiFi and 5G are excellent. As are voice and audio quality.
And the battery life is stellar! And when you get the right Samsung charger to see Super Fast Charging, well, it's really awesomely fast to top off the battery in as hurry!
The 120Hz refresh display is smooth and crisp. It's the most responsive display I've used on any phone.
One other item - the phone is really quite rugged for a glass phone. I have, I hate to say, dropped it a few times. I use a super light case and it's still perfect. Thank you, Samsung for using such excellent materials.
And, while it's certainly not a cheap phone, the S21+ unlocked with 256Gb memory isn't a total bank breaker.
In short, a great daily driver phone that you can customize the heck out of. I've had dozens of phones over the past few years, and this one is excellent on many levels.
Definitely worth your consideration if you're looking for new phone...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't say I'm surprised. I always knew samsung made good phones but I never owned a samsung, when I got ahold of the s21+ I freaking loved it. I love the amount of features and customization this phone has offer. Thing is this isn't the ultra and it does one hell of a job. I love the battery, brightness, customization, features,settings, resolution, camera, and benefits. Honestly this phone beats every phone I ever owned even Apple but that's just my opinion.
