A Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Samsung 7 to this model and was amazed at how much better it operated than my old phone. Data transfer form my old phone was extremely quick and nothing was missing when I chacked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this phone in May for the new upgraded camera and video features and I am not disappointed at all! The Galaxy phone series have always been by favorite phones, including this one. The only problem I've had with my phone is the screen had totally gone out but the phone was still working. Once the battery finally died, I charged it and decided to try to turn it on and the screen was perfectly fine again. I have not experienced any other problems, with that exception. Definitely recommend!

Broken screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the phone for just under two months and the screen stopped working. Took it to the provider, they told me it would be a ten day turnaround to get it fixed. They wouldn't replace it. They recommended taking it to repair shop for warranty work. Took two days and I fund out later they replaced the battery. Now the battery drains really fast. It seems as though it's a lower quality battery. Never had a problem with any other S series but the S21 series seems to be poor quality compared to the previous phones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
