[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the upgrade so I was excited about this phone. I have had issues with the texting on this phone. I would send out a text or a GIF and it would be in pending status for minutes to hours or not send at all. My friends/family/clients would send me messages and I would get them at a much later time or not at all. At one time the phone decided to completely unpair from my vehicle, watch, headphones and delete my voicemail. I finally had to completely reboot my phone and that has seemed to help but I have never had these issues before with a Samsung/Droid product. The Last phone I had was from 2016 and it was paid off so I was very reluctant to upgrade at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I broke my S10+ one day and needed a quick replacement. I initially wanted the S21 Ultra 5G, but sadly it was out of stock. I opted to get the S21+ 5G. Glad I did. Perfect size, with all the features I could want. Sometimes bigger isn't always better. Love all the Samsung products I own. This is no exception.
