[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price and the value of what the device provides has not been advantageous. The picture quality of the camera and the phone screen display are 5 stars. The loaded bloatware is an eyesore. Google and Samsung have competing apps and AI's I like the option to choose but keep it simple. The battery life doesn't keep up with me during regular use. Yes I'm a superuser but we need a phone that can perform the work but also last for the average superuser. I would like to see the front facing cam be able to be like the one plus 7 where the camera came up and down when needed.

Somewhat disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My disclaimer, I didn't fully research this product BEFORE buying. Have had this device for a couple of months, now. Right out of the box, my first disappointment was that it didn't come with a charger. A charging cord came with the phone, but no home plug in charger. The next disappointing thing was no expandable memory card slot. Fortunately, I bought the 256G model. Also disappointing, no earphone/headphone jack! But the worst thing about this phone is the display. The display isn't as sharp or is crisp as the S10 Plus I had before this phone. The positives about this phone are the big screen size, good battery life, very responsive and fast. I did my research AFTER purchasing this device. I should have either stuck with my Galaxy S10 plus or went with the Samsung Galaxy s20 plus. I would have a very hard time recommending this phone to anybody.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
