For someone that has a love hate relationship with technology, and also this being my first smart phone, it is sooooo easy to use! I haven't had any issues with my phone as of yet. The pictures and video are super clear. I get compliments all the time on how great they are. The apps that came with the phone are handy and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trade in me A72 for this S21+ and this phone work perfectly with T-MOBILE. Glad that I traded in. The only thing I miss was the extend SD card stored. For a normal user 127 GB should be enough. As heavy user 256 or 512 will be alot better.

Great camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is amazing the zoom doesn’t make the photo or video weird. I like that the video has a stabilizer on the video. These photos have been some of the best I’ve ever taken. The phone call quality is superb. And the screen size and quality is the best I’ve experienced in a while.
