[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally was able to get an upgrade to the Galaxy S21. My last phone was an S9. The new features that come with the upgrade are great. Love the expansion of the Quick pannel. Love the ability to turn most apps into floating apps. Love the phone itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the worst phone I've had, I lost all my pic and videos because the screen just went out 4 years of stuff gone, that has never happened to me before ever,texts take forever to go through and sometimes they don't at all. Never mind the phone freezes up all the time..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the S21+ about 6 months ago. I give it 4.9 stars, only because when switching from 4G to 5G (and vice versa) the radio seems to malfunction and shows "no service". This is fixed with a reboot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for quite a while and I love everything about it. The camera takes amazing pictures and videos with great sound quality. The storage is perfect for what I need. I use Notes for Journaling and recipes and I put my appointments and weekly tasks in my calendar and set reminders.

I don't really see the difference

The camera is better but I had an iPhone 8 plus so of course this camera is better. Any upgraded phone camera was going to be better. Long story short.......I miss my iPhone.
