[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased phone after last Galaxy developed mic problems. I have told everyone that it is the best phone I've ever had!! So user friendly. Was easy to switch info from prior phone. Seamless with most tasks!! Will have it for a long time to come unkess I feel the need for the flip phone ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I love Samsung electronics. I could not give this product all 5 stars because the fingerprint biometric Is a huge disappointment and downgrade when compared with that same feature on my S8 and the screen protector which seems to go hand in hand with the fingerprint bio is the most fragile thing I've ever seen on any cell phone. I've cracked 2 already and I couldn't tell you what I did or when it happened to either one. At this price point you'd think we wouldn't have gone backward in the 4 years between phones.
