[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy S8 to the S21 about a month ago. It is a good phone once the learning curve is surmounted. Still trying to master all the new features, but getting caught up. Battery life seems much better than the S8.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been a dedicated Motorola owner since cell phones first came out! My youngest son persuaded me to give Galaxy 11 a try. At first I hated the different operating systems! After staying diligent for a few days, I began catching on. And almost instantly became an advocate! I upgraded soon as the S21 came out and I could not be happier! However I expect Galaxy will soon convince me to upgrade again!

Very Slippery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picking it up is like grabbing a slab of glass, and I wouldn't blame you for thinking the back was glass, but unlike the shiny metal rails, the back of the phone is a matte plastic that, while looking good, makes the phone quite a bit lighter due to it's plastic nature. A big phone for sure, it could do with grippier rails or flatter sides, but the matte finish on the rear ensures that you know which is the back inside your pocket. Could have done with bringing back the headphone jack or the SD Card slot but, you get what you pay for, a big ol' slippery brick that, as long as you have good service where you are, you've got a very fast piece of butter in your hand.

I got the S21+ and am happy to say that I am a Samsung fan for life! This phone has amazing features. The picture quality is phenomenal, it is user friendly and best of all, more affordable than same old lame old competitors. I completed my Samsung ecosystem with the Flex laptop, the earbuds and my watch. Thank you, Samsung!
