I use technology quite a bit and it's always frustrating when something doesn't work when you need it to. We travel to rural areas and it works 99% of the time and that is wonderful to me.

Fast and seemless transition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was enticed to upgrade from a S10plus due to the slick photo and video quality. I was blown away by the effortless transition to this new phone. I was surprised to not see the regular headphone jack, but later I found out that a mini USB set works on this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone has a ton of capabilities and the camera is great. 5G is worse than 4G though. If you do not live in the middle of an urban city, you're bound to run into dropped calls or no service.
