Just a newer S9 BUT...

Once I transferred my info, it was like having my old phone, but with a bigger screen, except the part about it NOT HAVING AN SD CARD SLOT. So I lost anything I had saved on my SD card, I didn't know this one didn't have a slot for it! And do not set the phone down without a case, the back glass is so slick it will slide off about everything. Almost like it is oiled, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. Waiting on my case was very stressful. Overall I'm not impressed anymore then I was with the S9.

overheating and sluggish

Bought this when it came out and have already had major issues. Camera kept failing the first 2 weeks I had it, so I took it to a service center. They replaced the mainboard claiming it was overheating. The camera failed problem has since stopped, but the phone is still very sluggish compared to my S9+. On warm days, the camera is often
slow to open and pictures take several seconds to save. Also, the fingerprint recognition is poor when compared to the S9+. Even after adding the same finger multiple times, the recognition time is much slower than the rear sensor of the older models. If you're wondering if you should get this one, don't. The older models are much more stable. Wait until the fix the heating and fingerprint issue.

Great camera

Absolutely love my new S21+. The only complaint is the lack of wall charger included. For as much as phones cost these days the fact that none of the manufacturers are including them anymore is annoying to say the least

Great Phone - No FM Radio

I have had this phone for about three months and love all the features and power of this phone. My only complaint is that the FM radio is locked out on the "unlocked" version of this phone. I need the use of FM radio and now have to carry a separate device in order to receive these broadcast when away from my home, office or car. Please activate this feature in the future. Thank you.
