This massager is so portable and I was able to bring it with me on a one week road trip. It felt so nice using it after a long day of outdoorsy stuff like hiking and sightseeing. I've only used foot massagers before so this was a great addition, as my shoulder and back also needs attention. I like that I can lay down or lay back and use this, which makes it so much more relaxing. I placed this on our couch and it hasn't left since I put it there. I'll watch tv while this massager is kneading and working on my back. This is my first MIKO product but I was very impressed because you can immediately tell it is high quality. Comparing to some of the other foot massagers that I've gotten, this one is high quality, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing, which is an important factor for me personally. The fabric feels nice to the touch, soft, comfortable, and breathable. Best of all, there are no messy wires in the way.My only complaint is I wish it would get hotter than this. I'm someone that likes it very warm, but I understand that for safety reasons they are not able to have it too hot. What I do is I'll use this for 20 minutes or so, and as I'm doing this, I have my heated pad turned on so it can pre-heat. Once I'm done with this massage, I put this away and lay on the heated pad. This is my routine and it feels amazing.Overall I would recommend any MIKO products because they are well made and beautifully designed.

It can cause injury

I was so excited to get this. I was ready for it to help the knots in my shoulder and upper back. I followed the guide, but the "balls" that revolve are too strong and it really doesn't heat up. Back to my heating pad.

This is a great massager. It’s quite compact and easy to take with you as it also has a handle. This offers a great massage too. This has helped a lot with my aches and pains.

Massage and heat

Wow this has massage and heat and can take it anywhere untethered by cords. I love a deep massage and this pillow gives one. You can use it on your neck but can also use it anywhere you can rest a part of your body onto a pillow. With 4 hours of battery life you can just about get through a one way trip across the country. It has multi-levels of heat which is nice. It also has a routine of massage that keeps changing.

Could use some improvements

I'm sure we've all used all sorts of massage pillows, but this is definitely the first wireless one I've tried. It's also definitely the most luxuriously soft massage pillow I've ever tried. The memory foam feels so nice and high quality.But everything else needs some improvements. The shape isn't accommodating to any part of the back. But the percussion is probably the worst thing. It's painful and obnoxiously loud, it just makes things worse if you have soreness anywhere. And because the memory foam is thick, you can't really feel the heat from the rollers. Charging also takes quite a while. Overall, I think the product has potential, but it needs to make improvements on the massage modes.

This massager is really nice and I was initially impressed with the look/quality and special touches it had on it like the leather snap charger cover. But more important is that it also works and feels good. The combination of shiatsu and percussion is nice. The controls are easy to operate and I like that you have different mode options depending on what you want. Came with a good manual and quick start guide.That it is rechargeable and I can use it without it being plugged in is very convenient. I got it for myself but it came nicely presented and would make a cool gift.
