Customer service was extremely helpful in finding the correct belt since my vacuum is older and did say if I needed additional help feel free to contact them. Thanks! Sweepstakes!

Was super easy to find on Bissell's website! Unfortunately the new belt is very loud when I turn the vacuum on. I'm hoping it just needs to be broken in.
