[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My vacuum wasn't sucking anymore, but thankfully the hose still worked so I was able to clean. One afternoon I finally had a moment to do errands and pulled off the bottom piece of my vacuum. I immediately saw what needed to be fixed (I really appreciate how the part name was printed all over the part, it made searching for it easier online.) There was a huge shipping delay, not on fault of Bissell though. But once I got my part it was easy to attach and now it vacuum works again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got here on time, now a miracle given the USPS and their issue's, and was on in less then 10 minutes once the base cover screw's were pulled out. Only issue was the roller head, that had to be soaked, OVERNIGHT, to get the built up dog hair off it.
