[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My belt broke on my vacuum, I emailed the customer service, they got back to me in about 1 hour!!! Fabulous customer service!!! The 2 belts are reasonably priced, arrived quickly and I am completely satisfied and impressed with the bissell company!! I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to others.

IT IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO GO AHEAD AND GET SOME SPARE PARTS THAN TO HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW VACUUM. SO GLAD I WAS ABLE TO FIND THESE PARTS. IT SAVES ME BOTH TIME AND MONEY.

Was super easy to find on Bissell's website! Unfortunately the new belt is very loud when I turn the vacuum on. I'm hoping it just needs to be broken in.
