[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would encourage everyone to purchase OEM parts for any items they own and this was no different. I went to my first option website for parts that would be sent within 2 days and for a cheaper price, but cheaper means cheap product. This belt is a perfect fit for my model 2191 Powerforce Helix and has really change the performance of the vacuum. The brush head no longer skips across the carpet due to the belt not being a tight enough fit, which creates a slower spin. I would definitely recommend being patient - as this is not the competitor's website and you will not get it in 2 days, but you will get a quality product and not a belt from overseas. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bissell for about 8 months. I have replaced the belt 4 times. The bottom of the vacuum fills with hair and burns up the belt. This vacuum is advertised for pets but can't handle one dog's hair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
