[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original belt (used for the hand-held vacuum) had worn out and snapped off. I purchased the Style 9 Drive Belt - 2 pack to replace the original belt. I bought the original Bissell part due to its durability and manufactured to Bissell's specifications. Due to using their specific replacement components, my vacuum will last at least another decade of reliable use.
