LOVE the Design, BUT!

I've been traveling 40-50% since 2003 and buy a new pack about every 18 months. Let me say, IMO, this is by far the best design of a travelers backpack I've ever owned. Well thought out and full of easy, accessible features. BUT, I wish I could say as much for the quality and support. I bought this pack in May and within 4 months the threads inside the main pocket started to come out. While on a trip in Singapore, I had to cut out the middle sleeve (it was already half way out) and superglue the threads to keep them from unraveling. I contacted support to see what my options where. They told me I had to send my pack back to them and then wait for replacement. The total process is around a 4 week turn around. I asked if I could give a credit card for an advanced replacement and they said no. So basically, I have to be without a pack for a month or just go buy a new one...... So I'm out on the hunt for a new pack again after only 4 months.

I use this bag daily, and have used it for travel. Love how sturdy it feels. Fits everything I need. I can't say enough good things. Was searching for the perfect bag and finally found it.

Typical Targus quality. Good mix of specialized pockets throughout. Love how the backpack stays upright on its own. Can't think of anything negative to say about it.

I've used this bag for less than week, but is very comfortable as a backpack. I commute every day and the CitySmart Pro meets my needs for my daily travel with lots of compartments.

I got this product for my birthday. It replaced another bag that I had for a very long time. I never thought I would find a replacement . It works great for me, i am able to carry my computer, books plus a change of cloths if I need to.
