Je suis entièrement satisfaite du fonctionnement. Seul défaut, c’est que les instructions sont seulement en anglais. Alors, il faut vraiment faire des recherches sur des vidéos pour bien comprendre.

This is better then the first one I purchase bigger and of course more jars.. this is a great tool for canning. I recommend this to another that is affraid of the big canner pressure this eliminate any fear!!! 100%
