We like this coffeemaker a lot. The easy dispensing of coffee in whatever quantity you want is great. It has a lot of good features and is easy to clean. Beware, however, if you do not regularly clean the internal brewed coffee storage container, your coffee will not stay as hot in the unit. Cleaning it is easy, however

Good quality overall. The light in the dispensing area is a nice touch. One drawback is that the charcoal filter in the water reservoir does not sit completely to the bottom. Water flows around the filter making it useless.

I love this coffee maker! I’m really impressed with the design. I love how the coffee stays in the internal reservoir and is kept warm in there for hours. With previous coffee makers I’ve had, I had to brew a certain amount for the “keep warm” function to kick on. This is also perfect when people in your house wake up at different times or want their coffee at different times. No more cleaning the carafe. The only thing I would change about this is it does not fit a travel mug under the dispenser. Some days I need to take my coffee on the go, and it seems silly to have to dispense it into a mug and then pour it into my travel mug.

I really love this machine, truly everything about it. From the fast brewing time for a full pot of coffee, to the features: easy-to-use actuator, dispenser light comes on when you press the lever to fill your cup, the double-wall coffee reservoir holds twelve cups of coffee, fully programmable with 24-hour advance brew start, programmable auto shutoff, self clean, and 1–4 cup setting, my favourite is the easy-to-read Coffee Gauge lets you know how many cups of coffee are left. The only con of this machine is the fact that you cannot place a ex-large cup under the machine do dispense coffee.

This is my third Coffee on Demand. They have lasted me 5-6 years. I love the fact that the coffee maker is so easy to fill and that I don't need to pour coffee from a pot...just press the lever to fill cup. These facts are important to me; an elderly female with arthritis.

Programming is a little complicated, but once you get it,it's great! Love the filter and since I use paper filters, it's awesome, the coffee tastes awesome. I actually love this machine. Had been buying Hamilton Beach, but this one is so much better.
