This is our third purchase of this model. I love that the coffee does not sit in a carafe being continually burned, that the indicator tells me how much coffee is left without having to open the pot, and the tab to push to fill the cup is a million times easier than lifting a heavy carafe. We run it all day, every day, and get a new one every few years. We LOVE IT! No other models like this.

This coffee maker lived up to our expectations for sure! Coffee tastes great, love the ease of using a lever to get the coffee and really appreciate the light that comes on when dispensing. The only concern is that there is a build up of moisture on the water reservoir sides after the coffee is made, which could create mold if left unattended. This was easily fixed by leaving the cover off and only putting back on after the reservoir dries.

We love our Cuisinart 12 Cup Coffee Maker. More importantly, the brewed coffee is delicious! Place your cup on the tray, and a watch your cup fill up under the lighted lever. It is easy to take apart to make the coffee, and the water reservoir is sturdy and clear. The coffee is much hotter than our previous Hamilton Beach. Don’t forget to set it for 4 hours! I ordered additional charcoal water filters, to change the recommended every 30 days. However, Cuisinart, the weirdest thing is the very short power cord. But no matter, I ordered a short 2 ft black extension that gives me the length to pull the coffee maker from under the counter to make the coffee. Another weird thing was the basket for the coffee has a handle that actually interferes as you dump the grounds into the trash. I removed the handle and it’s still easy to remove and empty. Even for these flaws, it produces the best tasting coffee. You will not regret your purchase.

Love this coffe maker. It makes wonderful coffee, purifies the water, keeps it hot for four hours and longer if you want. It has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to everyone. The best part is you don't have to use a carafe, it pours directly from the machine into your cup of choice.I had a similar pot, different brand, that I had to replace after 10 - 12 months. The quality was not near equal.The thing I get amused by is the gage for full to empty that looks like a gas gage in a car.

This is my 3rd; 12 cup on demand coffee pot! The is the best I have ever owned as the coffee is just as awesome in taste when first brewed until auto shut down 2 hours later. We make a lot of coffee daily, so it does get quite a workout.

This is my second one and the first one still works after all these years. I hope they continue to make this model. It is the only one that makes a full pot and is single serve at the same time. All the others are like a kuerig.
