After 4 months can't keep the "clean me" light off

I'm used to cleaning this coffee maker every month or so by running vinegar through it. My previous unit which was years old finally stopped cleaning (the light would stay on) so Aug 30 I got a new one. Now after 4 months I have the same problem. I have used diluted and straight vinegar for 4 cycles of cleaning and the "clean me" light still flashes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee stays hot for up to 4 hours and doesn’t get that burnt coffee taste. It’s easy to pour yourself a quick cup or fill a thermos without having to lift a coffee pot-makes spilling less likely. We love the coffee gauge on the front. This coffee pot has now been purchased by other family members because they love the taste and accessibility of the coffee that comes from this machine.

I love the fact that this coffee pot has a self contained decanter AND a setting for 1-4 cups. It makes it perfect for when it is just me and when the gang is over. The self contained decanter also reduces the coffee smell for my husband who has allergies and doesn’t drink coffee. And everything is very easy to clean. I am very happy.
