Great for small batches of sauce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pan for making sauces. My dinners are for two people and this is the perfect size. It is wide enough to use a small whisk and the thick aluminum heats up quickly and evenly. Clean-up is a breeze. I own two of them and they store neatly nestled together with their lids.
