[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features are great. But it would have been greater if the S Pen could take pictures like in the S 23 Ultra

My husband & I have both used Samsung phones for years now, loved them. Until we both got these S25 Ultra phones back in the spring. My phone has had the most continuous problems from the start. Hard to set up, hard to understand, & hard to control - just touch a page & it jumps to another page or the sound just goes up or down on it's own, no matter what I set. I have had this strange message that pops up on my screen many times a day, something about my husband's phone, but they are not connected. It stays on the screen a few seconds & then goes away. Don't know where it comes from, what it means, or how to stop it. I did the settings like my last phone, but this new one has a mind of it's own. I don't feel secure. Would give anything to get my old S23 phone back!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everytime i buy a new phone it costs more and delivers less. They took the Bluetooth out if the S Pen. First they took my ability to change a battery, then they took the headphone jack, then the sd card slot. That's it. I'm done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Thomas, we appreciate you sharing your experience of your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with us. We know how disappointing it is when features you have used in the past have been changed on your new device. The removal of features like the headphone jack and usage of micro SD card are in effort to enhance the durability of your device as well as the water resistance. We have provided a link to an article to help you integrate the redesigned S Pen features in to your usage. We have also shared links to the complete manual for your device and to the Samsung Support Team to help you best align the settings to your preferences, and answer any questions you may have about your device. The stupidest thing that Samsung could've done is remove the Bluetooth feature from the SPen. As a content creator, that's the sole reason I buy the Ultra. Will be replacing.

More of the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is fast. But so was the s24 ultra. It is more square than the s24 ultra. It has less non AI features. If you already have a last year model. Don't even bother. Nothing revolutionary or new of merit. Suuuuure it has a barely noticeable larger screen. But other that and AI gimmicks. It's the same old rehashed design.

No bluetooth for the S PEN

Why on earth would Samsung remove the bluetooth for the S Pen? Trying to save a few dollars? The phone is already crazy expensive. Now the S Pen is basically a useless piece of garbage.
