A polished, powerful flagship With excellent display, performance, and cameras But lacking major innovation
👉 It’s one of the best phones you can buy— just not the most exciting upgrade Samsung has ever made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the galaxy AI! I absolutely love my phone. I have never had an issue with it. The camera is amazing. Its got a big screen for me to handle work volume.

Good phone, weird software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 Ultra itself is really well made and screams quality. That is, until you use the software. I understand that Galaxy AI is the whole shtick of modern Samsung and is appealing to a certain demographic. However, that demographic is mostly shareholders, executives, and tech enthusiasts, NOT customers. Most people only want a phone, not a specialized piece of technology chalk full of AI. To me, the constant AI being shoved in my face, i.e. gemeni when holding the power button, the side bar by the volume buttons, multiple AI companions pre-installed, and integration at every point, feels like the usability of the phone was second to adding a new technology. In my opinion, it's unpolished, bloated, and a big turnoff for customers. If Samsung continues to put AI before the customer, this will be my last Samsung phone. Also, you should be able to uninstall certain system apps that you don't use, like internet or wallet
