The fact that ATT doesn't allow the customer to pick up the package from Fed Ex is an absolute JOKE! With that said, it was returned and I went through comcast/xfinity and they made the experience as simple as can be. ATT lost the sale and frustrated a LONG TIME customer. PATHETIC.
