[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung products are the best products to own, I always shop Samsung Galaxy, and I'm very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 it has multiple features to choose from, and the quality of photos is great. I highly recommend this product to all those people looking for a new phone with the best quality of all phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great! If you drop it when it's open the entire screen goes black it does not crack like normal. Battery is not very good as well. Overall I like the phone!

This phone works great for everything, never dies early on me and overall it's my favorite phone I've had plus I love the flip it saves space in my pockets. On top of that the new A.I. integration has been really great for when im trying to find specific products

I'll start with the things I don't like.
There is a glitch when using Google maps. Once I reach my destination, a lot of the app will be come unresponsive. I have to swipe up and close the app and then restart the app to get functionality back again. I've noticed the screen will freeze occasionally. Aside from that, I'm generally pretty happy with this phone.

The good things is a much longer list. The flip feature has held up remarkable well on this phone. I've had no issues with the hinges at all.
The camera is amazing. The screen quality is great. The responsiveness is impressive.
Galaxy AI is very helpful. It's nice having some creativity when it comes to voice prompts and search results.

I really don't notice the crease when it's open and people that realize that it's a flip let's just say it's pretty impressive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a S9, it is an amazing improvement, everything loads super fast, I love all the widgets that are available on the cover screen, the hinge feels great, it's a big hard to open with one hand, the battery life is amazing it will last me a full day of use. I play alot of games on my flip 5 and the games run amazing , my only complaint is that it can get pretty hot to the touch when I'm playing for awhile, the games will still run fine but the phone does get a little uncomfortable to hold. I was a bit worried about the camera because it dosnt compete with other Samsung phones but I find it to keep up with my needs as I take alot of pictures of cars. The crease in the middle of the phone is only noticeable when your in the sun and you can feel it if your scrolling past. Other than those little things I think the phone is amazing and I would love to upgrade to a flip 6 as it has all the improvements that I would like such as the better cooling,better camera, and less noticeable crease. Overall amazing phone would definitely recommend getting it.
