The big screen in the new flip is super cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. It has it's short comings but the form factor makes it worth it. It's so refreshing using a flip phone instead of the typical slab. Only downfalls would be battery and camera. They are by no means terrible just not as good as they could be. Both are average.

Game changer, not a simple update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jumped into zflip at model 4 only, after having watched their evolution. If the screen had reached maturity, the hinge didn't and I had to repair even if I was taking great care of the product.
After trying it out, I have just switched to zflip 5. It's a game changer to me - the point when a product has reached the right maturity level to be a no brainer. The hinge makes the two sides of the phone perfectly flat when closing, and it is smooth.
But there is more to it. I had no use for and really wondered why Samsung had got us to spend money on the tiny external screen with the zflip 4. I have a watch and didn't need to get my phone out just to check the time...The large screen of the zflip 5 has got me to use it a lot. Let's be honest, for reading and even writing (especially by voice) in any of my instant messaging app, nobody needs a bulky phone and long screen. This screen has definitely simplified and streamlined my ability to communicate.
Could not be happier - I had flipping phones in the 90s, and this one finally combines the best of smartphones with the same practical and useful format as old mobiles!

New cover screen is great

This product has great customization options

I love how compact this device is and how it can easily fit in a pair of jeans, so you can take it anywhere!
Gaming is also really nice on the Flip and with the amount of storage space I have (512gb) it makes it easy to download learning games for my children and word games for me!
When I want to relax, I can easily pull up Hulu or Disney+ to stream what I want to watch.
My absolute favorite part of the Flip though, is the ability to customize everything. I personally chose my cover screen, lock screen, main screen, and font to make it mine.
