[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for the right time to switch to a foldable. I wasn't sold on any until this one. I knew I'd be taking a little hit on the camera setup - one that I've noticed a couple times, but I was willing to make the jump to this one. I don't regret it. This phone is it. Hopefully we get a camera upgrade in the next iteration, but if you're teetering on pulling the trigger on this phone - I recommend you just DO IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a happy owner of a Samsung Flip 3 who changed carriers and was able to upgrade to the new Flip 5 and couldn't be happier. They made everything I love about the Flip 3 better and added some new features too. The bigger cover screen is wonderful. They just need to add an always on when charging feature, so it acts as a smart display when not in use and just charging.

Big Improvement of Flip 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from Flip 4 to the Flip 5. The Flip 5 is almost the same except for one big thing. The Cover Screen, its much bigger. Great job Samsung.
Cons: Can't use many apps on cover screen real bummer. But Samsung makes an app called Good Lock which allows you to use almost any app. Why not build into operating system!! Cover Screen is a little slow in response but hopefully they will fix.
Con 2: When phone is fully open it doesn't fold back all the way like the Flip 4
Con 3: Battery life is not as good as Flip 4, but after using for almost 2 months seams to get better.
The Flip series is a fantastic phone and I wouldn't buy a normal phone again. The portability is priceless.
I would have given the Flip 5 5 stars except for lack of app support on cover screen and it not folding open flat.

Best Phone Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had the S23, and although she liked it, she had audio problems fairly quickly. It was time for an upgrade, and she's always been intrigued by the Flip, but with skepticism. Ultimately we finally pulled the plug and just went for it. Since day one, she has absolutely loved her new Flip5, even going so far as declaring she will never use another phone again as long as the Flip series continues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm kind of old so i use this phone for everything. Not into games but shopping, banking, alarm, calender, weather reports, mail, communications and pictures. Great at all tasks. When I received the phone, moving EVERYTHING to here from my old phone was a snap. Happily suprised it was so smooth. I use the back screen often so I do not have to open the phone. Pictures are crisp, voice is plenty loud when needed.
