This product is solid and pretty durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the front screen. It has the apps and utilities that I use the most right there. I work in construction and it is holding up well with dust and a couple drops. I've had it for almost a year and the screen is still perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my phone for emails, reading books and blogs, and as a camera. Oh yes, also as a phone. The best thing about my Flip 5 is that it is compact. Giving the tiny nature of women’s pockets, it is wonderful to be able to securely take my phone with me.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgrade to the newest Samsung flip version as they come out. All are really great phones. I am hopeful they will be getting new technology to make it a thin profile soon. I now wish all cellphones would flip close and I try to flip others closed on the occasion I have to use someone else's. It is odd when they don't flip closed. I can't see myself going back to one that doesn't. It fits fine in my pocket.
I did have an odd issue with my newest Flip 5 that it wouldn't power on after a reset. I had to take it to the repair shop and thankfully it appeared to be a one off anomaly. It hasn't acted up again so I did not lower my rating as I do like the phone a lot.
