Great device with OK software.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is excellent and the folding functionality has been a lot more useful than expected, especially for taking photos. Unfortunately, the latest OneUI is buggy and the device's software really brings down the experience.

Nifty little phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device as a general daily driver. It fits in every one of my pockets, and I love being able to use the front screen while I use main cameras to take selfies.
That said, it falls short in a few areas, those being cameras (not great quality, and possibly the worst low light mode I have used in recent years) and battery life. The battery barely last 3/4 of a day with normal, non intensive usage, and I find I always need to have a charger on me.

I have been thinking of the idea a decade ago for a smart phone that could fold in half and be used on a cover screen to send text messages take pictures and many other little things instead of always unlocking your phone just to send a message or to even look at notifications. This is the perfect phone for my lifestyle it's very compact and I don't have to worry about having a huge brick in my pocket, aswell as I don't have to worry about my phone falling out of sweatpants like it has happend in the past. I've lost two great phones due to then falling out my pocket. Reading articles from the newspaper is such a joy with the laptop mode and I love the customization of changing the pointer color it makes it so much easier to read anywhere. Pictures are at a very good quality with only 2 cameras and it couldn't be easier to take a selfie! I seem to use my flashlight alot and this phone having three quick settings on the cover screen which allows you to use the flashlight in an instant is great, especially with the design not having to open the phone and use the flashlight is so easy and it's a great fit in your hand. This phone in everyday life like driving is a game changer it fits in small places and it's very easy to manage calls and texts because of the cover screen and the suggested text messages you can set up I mean I could go all day on this phone. Samsung did a wonderful job with this phone and I can't wait to see what evolves from it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is completely different than my old Samsung galaxy s5,the new phone going from a typewriter to a handheld computer,it is so easy to use and has great visual and sound quality plus it is very easy to use and storage is unbelievable..it is very compact and offers easy to use features. The sound and visual output are outstanding plus the battery life is unbelievable I only have to charge it once a day

Fits my pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A phone that actually fits my pocket seems too good to be true. Indeed it's too good to be true. Nothing is perfect. I've heard there was going to be a better hinge on the Z Flip 5 so I gave it a try. Really not what I expected. Having it for about 2 months, the small thin rubber piece around the hinge when opened, it's seems like it fell off but it actually slid under the screen. Now, dust is going into the phone. I've tried to set an appointment up but I was told their system was down so I have to call back at another time. As a full time worker with 2 jobs, I don't get much free time to go & get it fixed. Now I have to make time to set an appointment up so I can get it repaired. So far, I've had the phone for 7 months & I'm not really liking it but I'm not planning to switch to another phone because of the price that I had to pay.
