this is an amazing phone concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the phone in itself is amazing, besides the software is slow like out of date cheap phone and the cameras are junk. the screen is still easily cracked but has gotten ALLOT better. i also dont like that this phone doesnt come with samsung dex. other than those criticisms i absolutely loved my flip. ultimately I cracked the screen a little and gave it to my mom. i went back to the s21 ultra.

Seemless operations

A huge improvement over my previous flip4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning a flip 4 for about a year as my secondary phone, I decided to upgrade my flip4 to the 5 because of the excellent trade in deals samsung held at launch - and all I can say is this was an excellent decision. This is by far the biggest jump in the flip line - the phone overall feels so much more durable both in feel and from personal experience of a few bad drops that my previous flip 4 just didn't have. The camera is an improvement, and having a cover screen that can basically be used with anything only amplifies the experience - i find myself using the main screen to cover screen about 60/40 vs 95/5 on the flip 4, the extra screen real estate is perfect and often is the easiest way to peep at notifications or shoot out a quick text. It overall feels like samsung, after many years of cool experimentation, has really polished the flip concept and made it it's own with the flip 5. It's the first flip I can call durable, the first flip I find with a useful cover screen, and the first flip with all day battery life. As much as I did enjoy my flip 4, it felt like a flawed product, a tech demo if you will, which as a secondary phone for work I was okay with. But now, with the flip 5, I find myself using it almost as much as my primary s23 ultra because of the form factor. If the camera on my s23 ultra weren't so good, this would be my main phone. The form factor is better in every way.

Excellenr Phone with Great Capabilities

Great, but screen had to be replaced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, but we had to ship the phone to replace the screen that god damaged along the hinge. When the screen died it ment that data on the phone was lost including pictures. Reliability should be better. Hope the film on the scrèen doesnt delaminate as easily as on Fold 4. I still like it.
