Don't do it....Galaxy flip 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am having connectivity problems and super slow apps. I have been trying to resolve for weeks. Samsung wants me to drop off phone at repair shop untill resolved. That is absolutely not happening as I need my phone for work and to monitor aging parents. Phone is still under warranty but yet they want to make it as hard as possible to fix the problem . I have spent thousands on samsung products and I expect better. From what I have read I am not the only one having issues with the flip 5. Not going with Samsung ever again unless they resolve the problem.

More or or less good device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AI is more or less interesting, but I don't find myself utilizing it very much. The device is compact more or less easy to use. However, I find the durability and the battery of Life a little lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for almost year now. Something that I like a lot about this is the front screen. I can see my custom wallpaper, my GPS, youtube,and I can answer the phone from this screen without opening it up. I like that about this. But when I using that screen, it doesn't always stay on so I can see what's showing on it. Only GPS stays on. The other thing is, I like my phone to be open when I'm using my GPS. I can't always do that. Over all I do like my phone ZFold 5, it's always a conversation piece. I dont know if I'll get one again. Maybe... I like that it's compact to. It's also very durable. I've had no real big issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my Z Flip for almost a year. This is truly my favorite phone I've had so far. This front camera is amazing! Not having to open the phone due to the front screen is a huge plus. When they released the Galaxy Ai into the mix that made my experience 10 times better. Circle to search us my favorite Ai feature. Being able to search for any item or place is awesome. Definitely will be upgrading to the Flip 6 this year. Happy to see where they are going next

And the new galaxy AI features just take it over the top. All my next phones will also be a flip style Samsungs. I can't imagine going back!

My two complaints is the battery life drains rather fast and I wish that we could do more on the outer display. Love the Samsung echo system.
