I'm still on the fence...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason, as I'm using an app, it will just close on it's own. It also becomes glitchy when im scrolling thru apps or the internet.
Also, I'm not sure if it's the phone or the service, but I drop a lot of calls. The provider states it isn't them.

Amazing brand to own

They certainly know how to build phones that are both robust and simple to maintain. It's a real pleasure to use a product that lives up to expectations so well. Too slim to fit in both hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used the Galaxy AI, as I use another app. I had NOTE 10, lived the size and shape(edge) but, the glass om screen would ghost write... so was forced to get this other Samsung S25. I like it. But it is too skinny. I have small hands and the phone doesn't fit when holding bith hands. Hands over lap and the keyboard isnt wide enough so I make excessive text spelling mistakes. Honestly hate this and wish I didnt get this model. I gove 3 stars only because its op system

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed in my Galaxy s25 I use this phone everyday at home and at work I'm an electrician so I may be a little rough on the phone but no more than your average person. In less than 6 months I've been through two screens on this phone the second one being busted with a screen protector on it and also messing up the actual display of the phone and now has a white line across it the phone wasn't dropped an excessive amount of times has a good case on it still I've been through two screens in less than 6 months. The camera is also very disappointing as it does not have a very clear picture or does it have the features that I've had in previous phones all in all I give this a three star review out of five not recommend the s25

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved to Galaxy after 10 years of using the Pixel line since the first model. It's been a huge improvement so far. Screen is dramatically better, speed better, hardware better. With pixel I would regularly have slowdowns and issues that would impact basic functionality like Maps. The battery on this phone is also amazing and I never have to worry about it dying. The entire product experience so far has been incredibly stellar all around.
