I upgraded my Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to S25 from the S21+5 g it was truly a blessing my photos are much clearer plus using the new AI features my photos look so much better,a picture of my Great Gand father seems to come alive, the new calling features are truly remarkable my family can hear me much clearer, I hope and pray to trade up to an S26 mabe even the Ultra ,can't wait to try that one,Thanks Samsung for your hard work,I hope you continue this work. Thanks from Jim

My true model is S24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy "S24", not S25, is actually real good! I wouldve preferred the S24 Ultra but, 2 sub-models up was almost 3x the price of the regular S24! Anyway I originally got the S24 for the camera! Thats pretty much the only reason I wanted the Ultra because that camera is the best, I think, I've seen so far! My sister has the Ultra...she took a pic of the full moon during the day!!? It looked like you were looking through a high tech telescope!! So, since I couldn't afford the Ultra I got the lower model!! I do like the camera on it though! Not as good as the Utra but its pretty good. This phone runs real smooth jumping from app to app and online is also very smooth! But, for me, the #1 thing I look for is how good the camera is! Which is pretty darn good for being the basic model you know!? Anyway! You can have lots/multiple "apps" and what not open at the same time and it still runs smooth, like I said! Ive had I believe 23 windows open at one time on Google and it still ran great with no glitches or stalls. The AI on here is really great too! I use it all the time looking for descripts of pics i take and using the AI to help me text and/or translate is also good! The "wallet" is real secure. I feel safe with my card info in there and boarding passes and what-have-you!! So all n all I would say I am pretty happy with the Samsung S24! But, one more time...I would absolutely LOVE the S24 ULTRA model! Thank you!

An excellent cellphone! The only negatives...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well my last Galaxy was 5 years ago, I changed to iOS for the operating system which I find more intuitive. That has since changed. The new S25 is an excellent cellphone! I need it, not want it, camera is great, not necessity. "Galaxy AI" is nice to have but I haven't used it. I would prefer more simplicity in the operating system, perhaps that is my shortcoming and not the Galaxies...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy series have been my go to phone with any upgrade I've had over past decade. The phone typically has features that are similar to the previous models, but then updates that can be a bit frustrating when learning them. There is a new Galaxy AI mode on this phone, but I have not been using it to the fullest extent by any means.
I use my phone primarily for personal use, such as texts, calls, social media, emails. I also use my phone for work call and emails as needed.
I think the screen is the perfect size, the camera works well. I have difficulties getting the volumes to sync. I used to be able to use the side buttons to control all volume (calls, text alerts, notification sound) but now I have to find it in the settings to adjust it each time.
Overall, a great phone and I will continue using the Samsung Galaxy series.

Love my Galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new Galaxy S25. I love the "Galaxy AI" feature and use it daily. The photo options and pictures are by far the best I have ever taken.
My on line store has been improved through the AI services and the photos if product has opened up many more sales. I was even able to have a picture blown up to 24 x36 and was amazed by the pixel quality. Granted I am sure there a many more features to talk about and to little space to share. I will never try a different phone again! Samsung Galaxies only.

Ultra Smooth Operator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To date, the Samsung S25 is the smoothest, most dependable phone I've owned. The One UI interface is intuitive and allows for easy, seamless transfer of data from device to device. Plus Samsung makes ownership of their devices the smart choice, in a sea of options, with their periodic trade-in to trade-up offers, and I'll be looking forward to receiving their most recent trade-in offer in the near future. In addition there are seemingly limitless applications available from the Google play store to personalize each device to the individuals needs. It's been my opinion for 15+ years that you can't go wrong with Samsung.
