I bought this a month ago. I weigh 125 lbs. and it dents with the weight on the wheels. Given it was rated for 400 lbs I expected more.

It doesn't pop back up.

I love the size of the chair mat. I weigh 300 lbs. I'm at my computer desk about a total of 4 hours a day on and off. The indents made by the chair don't pop back up. But since I place the chair in the same position each time, that doesn't matter too much.

Questionable Weight Capacity

The size of the mat is perfect for my desk and chair. I ordered this because it said 400 lb capacity. My office chair alone makes indentations just sitting there. If I sit in the chair, it will not roll without a lot of effort to get out of the hole. It protects my new carpet so it will work until I find something a bit sturdier.

I have ordered this mat before and find that it is tough and does not crack. Nice to find a mat that is tougher than the usual mat which seems to crack sooner than you'd want.
