I sat in my chair for about three hours and fought constantly to move from place to place on the mat. After Being off of it for three hours they were still indentions from the wheels. The company credited me back cost of the mat of which I am greatly appreciative. Please know that I worry 190 pounds and have a low to medium pile carpet.

this chair mat holds up very well. had mine for over two years still looks good no cracks or sags. just purchased one for my wife.
