Cheap feel with a narrow & shallow seat

I should have paid attention to the dimensions. The seat, supposedly made for big people, is narrow (slightly wider than an economy plane seat) and the hard plastic arms dig in to my thighs. While I like a shallow seat because of my stubby legs, this is a little too shallow even for me. It feels kind of wobbly when I'm seated. The back is kind of strange too, it has "support nubs" by my kidneys but no lumbar support in the lower back. That's not necessarily uncomfortable, just very different. If I had sat in this chair at a store I would not have purchased it. All that said, the word BASICS is in the description so maybe I'm being unfair. YMMV
