Had to have seat replaced because screw would not screw in. Second seat was not much better. Then when continuing to put the chair together one off the screw holes for the head rest was stripped. Also, chair and arms are plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this chair online. Delivered in 2 days. Instructions for assembly straight forward and parts package well thought out.We'll see about durability but so far quit satisfied with this purchase.

Putting it together involved close examination of the picture instructions in order to avoid a misstep. But after an hour it comes together well enough and is comfortable to sit. It's been a week and no problems.
