Great Chair

My mother has this chair at the kitchen table. Everyone uses it and we're forced to use a different chair when she comes in the room. Very comfortable so I purchased one for my house. I have back problems and this chair is perfect for my back. I would highly recommend this chair!

We needed several sitting chairs for my parents' small apartment and got two of these to sit aside and pull forward when we need them. They are perfect! Lightweight, but strong. FYI--the navy is really a bright royal blue.

Chairs are as easy to build as any furniture I have ever purchased. Fit and finish are acceptable. The chairs have a very slight wobble to them that is not noticeable when sitting. Not super comfortable, but we don't have anyone sitting in them for more than an hour at a time. Still, the best looking chairs on the market at this price point and look perfect in our office.

The chairs look nice however more than one of my clients have said they are uncomfortable. The clients ask where the sofa is and go to that waiting room instead. I’m happy with the chairs anyway because I needed multiple chairs at a reasonable price for group therapy. We put a pillow on the back of each chair which will help hopefully!

This is more about the company and not the chair,
though the chair is not what we wanted for our needs.
When trying to return the chair… ugh. Nightmare and not worth it.
This company charges a 30% restock fee AND you pay for shipping it back.
This ends up being close to the cost of the chair! So…. Nobody probably returns any chairs!

They should just say “no returns”. I would have a lot more respect for them….

In 2013 we purchased six of these chairs for our lobby. We moved our office to a larger location last month and ordered 4 more. The ones we purchased eight years ago still look great. No one can hardly tell the difference. These chairs are hard to beat!

The seats make noise

The seats look great and are sturdy and easy to assemble. However, there is so much air in the seat cushion that every time someone sits down in the seat there is a loud awkward noise that comes out of the seat that is somewhat unsettling to some of our patients in the waiting room

The chairs are beautiful and well worth the price-rich color and fabric, add style to any office and looks elegant with the mahogany conference table we also ordered. In addition, the shipper was accommodating and efficient. Pleasure to do business with this company.
