eye strain and headaches going away

Cant give a review yet, registered and it brought me to this page. I just received it and going through the recommended steps in the manual. I was hoping to see the videos to incorporate into fitness. Review after using it.

Amazing relaxation

I have had mine since November and it is the single best thing in my toolkit for relaxation. I use it most nights and almost never make it through a full cycle before falling asleep. And I truly struggle going to sleep so this is a game changer for me. I have also used it when I have headaches and it either totally relieves them or significantly diminishes them. I highly recommend. (I love the temple pressure the most and only wished it would last a bit longer.)

Got to relieve occasional problem with migraines. So will know more when that happens. Very interesting design. Takes a little getting used to as is very different. I think it will do the job as very innovative. Will let you know later full extent of satisfaction. Well built
