I was hoping this would be good for when I have a migraine. I cannot use the heat setting as that exacerbates the pain. This mask is, IMO, quite heavy. It does not sit well on the nose and actually causes me pain. It feels "okay" if i put it on my forehead. I would not recommend this to anyone with migraine!

I purchased this to help with my headaches. It works great! The heat and the massage really relieves the pressure in my sinuses and the headache usually dissipates shortly after use.

I love the heat. Also the temple and sinus area massage that this does feels amazing. Very relaxing and truly has helped my eye strain.

I wish you were able to turn off the temple massaging feature. The Oculax is amazing, the only thing I would do is to turn off the temple messager.
