Only thing I wish is that the light could go closer to the area you wanted the light to hit, but you can’t lower the lamp

Red light healing made easy

Love to sit in the comfort of my home and receive the benefit of red light healing. I can adjust both lamp head to reach both sides at the same time. Then I can switch it to white light and it is bright for reading. The adjustable duo lamp heads can give which ever angle you need.
