I started off with 10 minutes on the lightest and now I’m up to 15 minutes next I’ll go up to 24 and then slowly from the lightest light to the strongest. I put my goggles on and I lay back on my La-Z-Boy couch with this glow lamp over me and just close my eyes And rest. I really am enjoying all the items that I have bought from life pro ??❤️

I absolutely love this product and am excited for long term use! Assembly was incredibly easy, didn’t even have to use instructions to know what to do. I was grateful it came with the eye protection since I didn’t think to purchase one and I also didn’t check and see if they were included. I love that I don’t have to put this product away after use. It doubles as a reading lamp. When I’m using it on tile it’s very sturdy, the one thing is when I moved it next to my recliner, which is on carpet, it wasn’t as sturdy. I feel like I get better coverage using this lamp than the rectangular lights that are seen on other sites. I’m looking forward to seeing the results I will have for my chronic pain.

Love the fact I can use this while in my massage chair or while at my home office desk. My husband uses for his knee and seems to be helping the pain some. We will contingent to use and see if results continue to improve our life.
