I haven’t had it long enough to really review it right. I like the design, but it
seems when I move the lamps at the top it tips towards my chair and falls over, the bottom is too light. That is why I gave it a 4 rating. I like the infrared light and also the reading white light, it seems to be easy on the eyes. I don’t know if I would buy it again, it just seems flimsy.

I started off with 10 minutes on the lightest and now I’m up to 15 minutes next I’ll go up to 24 and then slowly from the lightest light to the strongest. I put my goggles on and I lay back on my La-Z-Boy couch with this glow lamp over me and just close my eyes And rest. I really am enjoying all the items that I have bought from life pro ??❤️
