Good light but wish you could adjust height

Only thing I wish is that the light could go closer to the area you wanted the light to hit, but you can’t lower the lamp

Perfect reading lamp and the bonus of having red light is so nice!!!
I got one for myself and then one for my husband and well I couldn't stop there grabbed one for our daughter too!

Love the fact I can use this while in my massage chair or while at my home office desk. My husband uses for his knee and seems to be helping the pain some. We will contingent to use and see if results continue to improve our life.
