The watch has been great. No issues with connection or battery life. Only gave it 4 stars because the setup on the watch and through the app on my phone was difficult to maneuver. I would recommend to others. My son loves it.

Comfort and Style vs. Connectivity Issues

I purchased this watch for my son, and there are several things I appreciate about it. The design is attractive, the device is lightweight, and the soft materials make it very comfortable to wear. The touchscreen also works smoothly and is easy to operate.
However, for a watch in this price range, I expected better overall performance. Calls often fail to connect, and the location tracking is not very accurate, with noticeable delays before updates appear. The battery life is decent—better than average—and with normal use it can last almost two days.
One major limitation is that when the watch is indoors without Wi‑Fi, it becomes almost unusable. It cannot reliably send or receive calls or messages in that situation, which greatly reduces its usefulness.
Overall, the watch has a good design and comfort, but the performance and connectivity issues make it hard to fully recommend at this price.
