A great trimmer for home groomers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Wahl dog groomer works so well! It charges quickly and has a lasting charge. I have owned a different brand that typically died in the middle of a trim every time especially because I have a shih tzu with a thick coat. This set comes with 4 combs of various lengths, scissors, the trimmer and cord, oil, a cleaning brush and a comb. My cons are that I don't feel this is enough combs. My previous one has 6 which allow me to do the job as I like it. My dog has a short all over cut but his mane is cut into a mullet. I prefer using different comb sizes on different areas and I can do that with this Wahl trimmer but not to the same customization level. It works though. The comb itself is pretty weak. Overall though the positives far outweigh those two cons. It works well, lasts, and is easy to use with the push button feature. It's easy to clean. The scissors are sharp and work well. His trim time was reduced a good bit with this trimmer. I definitely prefer it overall to my old one and recommend it.

Perfect timing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was literally about to start looking for clippers for my dog. It's getting so hot, and my dogs gave lots of hair, and it was getting rough. I used to couple years ago always clip their hair myself, but it got to be too much, and the replacement clippers I bought were not good, so I started taking them in to get groomed. My dogs are older and are very grumpy, and they don't lime to be touched by strangers in their older age. So I knew I needed to start doing it again myself. This was perfect timing. First I love thst they are cordless it took less then an hour to charge and I didn't not have to recharge and becuse my dog is older and gets overwhelmed fast I did 3 sessions over 3 days. To fully cut him to my liking. He sat great, no Knicks or cuts. The guards were meh. I've used this brand, so I have tons of guards, so It was fine. I was able to cut his hair down with ease. I love it. They also are not overly loud.

Complete kit, easy to store

When reading the packaging there is much contradiction in the amount of run time.you get from a single charge as pictured in both external packaging and internal instruction manual. The clippers get very warm and I would not recommend a very long run time all at once so really it would be impossible to use for an hour straight. More than 5-8 minutes and the blades were too warm . The side where you hold the clippers has a poorly fitted plastic grip that clicks and has space where I am sure hair and debris will accumulate inside. It's also a pinch hazard. It is annoying for the clipper to click and slide while holding in a normal grip. The blades and accessories are satisfactory but the case design of the clippers is not.

I trust it, because it's the same exact brand of hair clippers that the male humans in my household uses to cut their own hair!
The cordless rechargeable battery lasts for an impressive TWO HOURS with full charge!
It comes in a complete kit, including handheld rotary motor, four guide combs ( 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2"), charging cord with wall plug, scissors, styling comb, blade guard, blade brush and oil, instruction paper, and a handy storage case to keep everything organized.
I love that it fast charges in fifteen minutes, for multiple pets, or longer grooming.
This is great for regular pet hair trimming, as well as quick touch-ups in between professional groomer visits.
It's designed to clip fine, medium, and double coated coats.
The high carbon steel blades seem very sharp, and do not pull on my pets coats.
Whether you're a do-it-yourself pet stylist, or just want to touch up, in-between grooming sessions, THIS is the unit for you!
While it's perfect for most dog coats, especially for trimming in hot summer months, we also find it useful for our older cat. She has long fur, and recently has been dragging remnants of her litter box on her hind end. Trimming his for in that area, has made a huge difference!
As you can hear in the video, there is an audible vibration sound, so if that would frighten your pet, I suggest adding some louder music to the area you which to do the grooming. Adding a second person, to hold and comfort the animal, is also very helpful.
The instructions are very easy to follow. Make sure that you strongly and deeply press the power button to turn it on and off.

These heavy duty pro series clippers work smoothly on my dog. They don’t make too loud of a noise to scare my dog off.
They have an extended battery life.

This is a great clipper set. It comes with everything you need to get the job done. It stays charged up for plenty of time and works seamlessly.
