[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it’s working. We have several properties and use the Schlage Encode locks. Of the 4, 2 have had issues where it seems like the batteries are dead, but it’s the unit itself. While it’s inconvenient, Schlage’s customer support is fantastic! They just ask for a few pics, and to do a bit of diag, but will then quickly send a replacement unit. Even with these hiccups, I still choose Schlage over any other product.

Not what we had hoped for
